What the app collects
NEXORA TV collects no data about you and sends none to us. The app has no analytics, tracking or ads, and has no server that receives your data.
Sign-in details
Your subscription details (server URL, username and password, or playlist link) are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device only, are not moved to other devices, and are sent only to your provider's server.
Connections
The app connects only to your provider's server to sign in, fetch lists and play content, and to the image servers listed by the provider to show posters and logos.
Storage on your device
The app keeps on your device: a copy of the content lists, favorites, watch history (without stream links), skip timings, settings, cached images and the random device ID. This data stays on your device.
Sharing with third parties
NEXORA TV shares no data with anyone. The only party the app talks to is the provider you choose.
Notifications
The subscription-expiry alert is a local notification scheduled on your device and only works if you turn it on and allow notifications.
This website
The site uses no cookies or analytics. The server keeps short-lived technical access logs (such as IP address and time) for security, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Contact-form messages are stored on the site's server only and used to reply to you.
Your rights
You can delete all subscription data from your device in Settings → 'Delete account data from this device', and deleting the app removes the rest. To delete a message you sent through the site, or for any privacy question, write to us from the Contact page.
