A problem with the subscription itself?
Subscription validity, channel availability, source quality or renewal are handled by the external provider you subscribed with, not by NEXORA TV.
Installation
I can't find it on the App Store
The app is currently in beta via TestFlight. Watch the Download page.
The beta has expired
Open TestFlight and install the latest NEXORA TV build.
Entering subscription details
It says the details are wrong
Type the server URL with http:// and its port (like :8080), and the username and password letter by letter. If it continues, check with your provider that the subscription is active.
'Can't connect' message
Check the internet, then Retry. If the internet works, your provider's server may be down.
Live channels
One channel won't play
If other channels play, that channel's source at your provider is the issue.
Nothing plays, or it keeps stopping
Many subscriptions allow one device; stop playback elsewhere and check your internet speed.
Movies and series
A movie won't play
The player moves to the other engine automatically. Try another version if there is one, or change the engine in player settings.
No subtitles
Only subtitles inside the file are available, from the player's settings button.
App problems
Lists are old or empty
Tap 'Refresh content' in Settings. If they stay empty, ask your provider what your subscription includes.
The app isn't working right
Update to the latest version, then close and reopen it. If it continues, write to us with your device ID from Settings.
Still stuck?
Send us a description of the problem and your device, and we'll help.
